Balancing Bears and Brilliant Words!

Today, we had so much fun kicking off our time together with a brand-new learning game! 🎉 M was presented with cards showing images and dice with letters on them—his task was to spell out the word shown underneath each image. He did an excellent job, correctly completing all the words we explored! 🧠🔠

Next, M was excited to try out his new number balancing game ⚖️. He carefully placed a number on one side of the scale and the matching number of little bears on the other—such great hands-on learning! 🧸💛 He then lined up numbers from 1 to 10 and took it a step further by pairing them up from 11 to 20. So impressive!

After snack time 🍎, M enjoyed some drawing, practising both his letters and numbers, and creating happy little faces ✏️😊. He was eager to dive into his new books, which sparked even more learning. Inspired by one story, M picked out the sound "CK" and began writing crack on his drawing pad. He even used the dice to form the word and matched it up—such initiative! 📖🔤

Later, we did some colour matching, and M especially loved completing the purple cup 💜🥤. We then brought our number bears back into play, building them a lovely little house out of Duplo blocks 🧱🏡—a wonderful blend of imagination and problem-solving!

To wrap up our day, M returned to the drawing pad to write words like mummy and daddy, before ending with some peaceful reading time 📚✨. A joyful, creative, and productive day all around!
